30% Marsanne
30% Vermentino
40% Grenache blanc

VINIFICATION:
Separate fermentation of each grape variety. Classic fermentation with temperature control.
 
AGING:
The Grenache is aging in French oak barrels during six months. The other grapes varieties are aging in tank six months too. Blending before bottling.
 
TASTING NOTES:
Beautiful limpid colour. Intense fragrances of spices with a touch of dried fruits. Rich and creamy, this complex wine develops spices and ripe white fruits in mouth. A charming wine, delicious with a chicken with mushroom cream.
 
AWARDS:
